Application for a ballot to be mailed must be received in our office via fax, email, or mail by 5:00PM on Tuesday, June 4. Ballots must be received to be counted by 7:00PM on Election Day, Tuesday, June 11.
In-person absentee voting runs from 8:00AM Friday, April 26 until 5:00PM on Saturday, June 8 at the Bozman Government Center (Courthouse Plaza): 2100 Clarendon Blvd., Suite 320, Arlington, VA 22201. You will complete your absentee ballot application when you come to vote. Hours are from 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday from April 26-June 7 and closed Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day. Hours are from 8:30AM-5:00PM on Saturday, June 8, which is the last day for in-person absentee voting.

Ballots for both In-Person and By-Mail Absentee Voting will be available and absentee voting will begin on Friday, April 26, 2019. Applications for absentee ballots by mail will be processed and ballots mailed on this date. Visit www.vote.virginia.gov to apply to have an absentee ballot mailed to you. Please note that if you apply online the ballot will be mailed to your home and should be returned via U.S. mail. If you intend to appear at the Office of Elections and vote Absentee In-Person you should not apply online, simply visit the office during regular business hours.
